CERT Levels
In order to allow regional response by active CERT members, it is vital that each community's program adopt a similar credentialing
structure. The Webster County CERT program will adopt the following CERT levels, based on a recommendation by the Region D CERT workgroup.
These levels are recommended to be adopted by all CERT programs within the 18-county catchment area of southwest Missouri's
Homeland Security Response Region D.
